Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.
> Operate as a vital link between the client and the operations
> Assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources
> Play an important role with CM to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
> Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered to
> Manage queues / workflow and shift scheduling
> Check / monitor absenteeism
> Ensure adherence to security norms including print security and physical access procedures in the team
> Ensure all members of the team go through security and compliance awareness programs as per policy
Candidate Profile:
> Graduate in any discipline
> Technical know-how of MS Office Suite
> Good oral and written communication skills
> Excellent presentation and layout skills
> Customer service orientation
> Inter-cultural awareness
> Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment
WorkSchedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekendshifts.
