Job Description The incumbent shall be responsible for efficient Business IT / systems operations supporting FAB (Fulfillment Assurance & Billing) for next generation products including Voice/Data/IPTV.
Specific responsibilities shall include:
* Trouble free Application/System Operation meeting defined SLAs.
* Application Level Support and User Management
* Process Adherence, Escalation & Jeopardy Notifications
* Real Time Troubleshooting, root cause detection & resolution
* Release Certification and Deployment Planning
