Technical Support Executive will join our Technical Support and Testing Department. The Specialist would be responsible for supporting our international clients and will assist them using our Product. As well as specialist will closely work with the Development, Processing and other teams to solve the client problem and accomplish the client's requests.
Executive should be able to handle the Client's phone call / emails and troubleshoot the problem and request

Candidate should have good communications skills with good command over written and spoken English. Candidate's education should be through out in ENGLISH MEDIUM. Ideal candidate should have UG or PG degree in the field of computers. (BCA/MCA, B.E., Bsc/Msc)
