The Jr. ERP Administrator will be responsible for following activities:
Maintenance of the ERP Server ensuring minimum downtime.
Monitoring and checking of the logs for ERP server.
Providing training to all PEL users/ departments for PEL Intranet.
Ensuring that detailed Documentation /Manual/User-Guide for the ERP Application is completed and up-to-date.
Monitoring and trouble shooting of all ERP DB backup related problems and ensuring scheduled/ unscheduled backups as per the backup plan and restoration.
Helping other members of IT Departement.
Providing ERP support/ troubleshooting to other PEL users/ departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E/ B.Sc(Computers Science)/B.Tech/BCA/MCA.
Windows knowledge is Must.
Must be having sound knowledge of .NET & SQL Server.
Experience and Knowledge in any of the functional areas of any ERP Application is must.
Must have stronge problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Flex Grid will be an added advantage.
Should be a good Team- Player.
Self motivated with a high energy level and proactive in his /her approach.
