Study SOW and identify resource requirements along with skill set
Send project initiation mail to client
Assure fulfillment of s/w, H/w and other requirements of project before kick-off
Formulate team
Organize KT with all stake holders
Organize necessary infrastructure for start of the project
Consolidate skills-experience of team members and inform Project Manager/coordinator for allocating tasks
Develop rapport with the team members
Surface concerns within team to seniors
Guide team for required documentation in the project for ISO & CMMi
Help team for scheduling tasks if internal resources are not available for same.
Identify training needs in the team along with project manager and organize internal or external trainings.
Monitor progress of the project
Identify risks associated with the project and update seniors on same.
Collect project data (PPMPs of E-OM process)
Analyze consolidated project data and present to leadership.
