Intellecap's Knowledge and Communications Advisory Team is looking for talented and bright professionals to join the team as Associate - Content Management. As part of the team, they would be responsible for developing innovative knowledge solutions, for clients and the company. They would work with a team of content managers primarily on portals related to microfinance, environment and publications. The candidate would be required to carry out the following activities:
* Manage content/knowledge on portals for leading development firms. This would include sourcing information, processing and editing, uploading and management of online information.
* Contribute to completion of team projects, as per role assigned;
* Conceptualize and contribute to the launch of new knowledge-based products and solutions;
* Contribute towards generation of innovative business ideas and implementing them;
* Promote the company's objectives and strategies for growing the knowledge management portfolio.
Desired Profile
* Familiarity with development/ development finance/ microfinance;
* Experience of working on websites and content management would be a definite plus, basic knowledge of HTML is desired;
* A graduate or post-graduate degree in business administration, management or related stream;
* A minimum of 2 years of progressive and contextual experience (esp. in the development/ microfinance field);
* Excellent writing skills in English, and a flair for communication;
* Detail-oriented;
* Previously published written articles to his/her credit (please provide the details of these);
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;
* Strong ability to work individually and in teams with equal ease;
* Above average working knowledge of computers (esp. MS Office and internet) and the ability to dowork for long hours on computers. Additional skills on word-processing, publishing, graphics software will be an added advantage.
