We are looking for Recruiters in Financial Discipline, to work night shift from our Noida office, to provide staffing services to our direct end clients in USA.
Job Description
Recruiter Finance will perform following duties:-
Understand the job requirement received from the clients such as deutsche Bank for Financial discipline professinals.
Searching Candidates from various Jobsites such as Monster etc.
Matching resumes with client's requirements.
Interviewing candidates to judge there fit for the Position.
Submitting suitable candidates to the clients.
Desired Profile
Recruiter Finance should possess
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Strong analytical kills, -Final year student of CA/MBA( Finance) will be preferred.
Good understanding of Financial and investment terminology
Recruiting experience of Banking, Investment industry or Mutual Funds is a plus.
