Job Description
Developing new food products using functional ingredients
Conduct sensory evaluation of the product
Prepare finished goods specification
Prepare & develop new raw material specification
Conduct stability & shelf life study
Desired Profile
The candidate should be either a B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in Food Technology with 1-2 years of hands on experience in product development(Foods) and having sound knowledge of food additives in a reputed firm
