Program Design :

17-day product & process training
5-day train the trainer
1 week cross-functional induction in the call centre
3-4 months as agent
7-months stint as a team coach (TC) on the floor
Job Specifications
Managing 2 to 3 team coaches who in turn manage 18 CC agents
Ensure CC floor management and provide support
Ensure delivery of CC SLA's through his/her team
Ensure knowledge management of teams
Handling of escalations from the floor
Maintain attrition rate below set levels
