Job Requirements
- Exposure to troubleshooting and resolving issues within Windows OS environment and standard MS applications, e.g. Office.
- Foundation in computer hardware and basic networking with specific understanding of IP addressing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to multi-task
- Good learning skills with an aptitude to consistently improve them on a daily basis.
Education
- At least a 10+2+3 degree/diploma with a strong exposure to computers.
- Microsoft or Cisco associate level certifications desirable.
Experience
- At least 6 months in a similar role.
- Exceptionally motivated freshers with strong communication and technical skills can be considered
