Choosing to be a Work @ Home Mom

There can be so many reasons why we choose to become a work @ home mom or dad, there are so many dad out there who are staying home and working.

We can choose to become a work @ home parent, because we want to spend more time with our kids, be there when they come from school, we miss so much while we are outside working maybe more than 40 hours a week, we come home, tired and doing so much chores we forget the time our kids need in order to know what is inside of us and we need to know what our kids are thinking and what they want. Working at home doesn't mean to work always in pj's, remember even if we are home we have to stand up and dress as we are preofesionals, especially if we have a home office, and always talking to leads, and meeting customers, what if, you just relaxing with a cup of coffee and all of a sudden a mom calls you and wants you to pay her a visit for a demo, she will have to wait for you to get dressed, I mean it will be nice to book appointments, but not everyone can make appointments, so they can eventually use their free time or even their lunch break to meet with other moms.

I am a Party Planner and sometimes, I get calls from moms during their break, to ask me for a theme, they need advice on what theme they should use for the kids in according to their age, and I need to speed up and meet with her on her lunch break,.I mean "It's always what the customer wants right?".

I want to confess, I love to wake up in my pj's get my cup of coffee, turn on my pc and start to work, it feels so good, and comforting, even though like I said early, we must not always work in our pj's. Sometimes we need to come out of our comfort zone in order to get more leads, and show our products outline also. Working at home has so much and wonderful benefits, we can choose our hours, time and days we want to work, we can work everyday, or just the days we know we can get much of it. And best of all, we can choose when we want our vacation, without waiting for that boss to tell us when. You can stop to work and do laundry, talk to your kids, or just go for a walk from time to time.

I love to work from home because I am with my four kids, everyday, although we must confess it isn't easy task to work @ home especially when we have babies or toddlers, that require much time. We need to learn how to divide and balance work and family, This is why I am going to share some articles I have written on how I balance my life, my kids and my work, in order to be and learn to be organized, You need to be a organized person no matter how hard it can be, being organized can help you so much in your work, home, family, business, appointments and more. You need to keep an open agenda, for everything and organize by section, but this is another topic I will be sharing later on,"How to be organized" and "How to organized your office space and home space". We need to show other moms that they do not have to be affraid to choose this method of being home and working, it's not a quick rich thing, we need to work it out, the time and effort you invest in your business is what you will earn and accomplish.

I do not blame a parent when they really need to work out from home and miss so much on their kids.
