Extrinsica Global retains Microsoft Worldwide Hosting Partner of the Year Finalist Award
UK cloud delivery provider steals the show at Worldwide Partner Conference with customer case study showcase
WPC Toronto, 12 July 2016 – UK-based cloud solution provider, Extrinsica Global, today announced that it has been recognised by Microsoft as one of the top four cloud companies globally in the 2016 Microsoft Worldwide Hosting Partner of the Year Award, presented at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto. The award was just part of the company’s extensive involvement over the course of a hugely successful event. During which Extrinsica Global featured in a video that Scott Guthrie (Executive Vice President of Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise group) used in his Vision Keynote to showcase what Extrinsica Global has done for its customer, Key Forensics (KFS), as a powerful demonstration of the results that can be achieved with Extrinsica Global’s market offering combined with Microsoft Cloud. Nick Smith, Extrinsica Global’s CTO, was also invited to share on stage Extrinsica’ Global’s experience of being in the vanguard of Microsoft’s select group of partners, Cloud Solution Providers, which have been accredited to deliver solutions using Microsoft’s cloud technologies.
Extrinsica Global has now won the coveted Finalist Award in the Microsoft Worldwide Hosting Partner of the Year category for a second consecutive year. From a global field of top Microsoft partners and more than 2,500 entrants, including the industry’s data centre giants, Extrinsica Global was chosen for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology – with its KFS case study a vital determining factor for Microsoft judges.
