Cellwize Acquires CrowdX, Expanding Customer-Centric Offering with Crowdsourced Network Analytics
Singapore, May 17, 2016 – Cellwize, the leading Self-Organizing Network (SON) solutions provider, announced today that it has acquired CrowdX, a provider of an innovative crowdsourcing solution, adding comprehensive insight into the end customer’s mobile experience.
Cellwize’s offering enhanced with crowdsourcing technology enables a range of unique capabilities for operators; evolving from a network-centric to a customer-centric optimization approach resulting in increased subscriber loyalty and profitability.
