Perforce Expands Executive Team with Software Veterans in Finance, Marketing and International Leadership
Version Management and Collaboration Provider Strengthens Executive Team with Mark Ties, Colleen Kulhanek and Konrad Litwin
Wokingham, UK. (March 29, 2016) – Perforce Software today announced it has strengthened its executive leadership team with the hiring of Mark Ties as chief financial officer, Colleen Kulhanek as vice president of marketing and Konrad Litwin as managing director, international.
• Mark Ties has served more than 17 years in CFO and COO roles for public and private equity-backed technology companies. He brings 28 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations and mergers and acquisitions to the role, including positions at Arcserve, HelpSystems LLC and XRS Corporation.
• Colleen Kulhanek brings over 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles at both early-stage and more established companies in the IT systems management, security and networking industries. Her responsibilities have encompassed global, corporate and product marketing for a variety of companies, including Calabrio, HelpSystems LLC, Shavlik Technologies and SafeNet.
• Konrad Litwin has 20 years of experience in managing start-ups, distributors and software suppliers around the world. Prior to joining Perforce, he served as commercial director for Spend360 and has held multiple leadership positions at companies including Upstream247, HelpSystems LLC, eveLogic Ltd and Pacific Associates.
