Philadelphia – February 18th 2016 – KDS, a global provider of corporate Travel and Expense (T&E) Management software solutions today announced the availability on the Apple App Store of KDS Neo Move, a traveler’s on-trip assistant and expense management app for iPhone and Apple Watch.
Neo Move complements KDS Neo, the award winning corporate T&E solution used by tens of thousands of corporate travelers worldwide. KDS Neo uniquely uses a timeline approach to booking travel and submitting expenses, providing a fully priced itinerary in seconds from just asking three questions: Where does my journey start? Where does it end? What time do I need to be there? It also automatically creates an expense report related to that trip and learns each traveler’s preferences and previous behaviors to offer personalized itineraries, optimized for efficiency and compliant with corporate policy.
KDS Neo Move extends that functionality during the trip and uses travel and expense information from the KDS Neo timeline to provide the traveler with real-time, location-based information. For example a user on their way to an airport can see a countdown to when their gate closes. The trip includes public transportation? Neo Move provides visual route information. Got a receipt for lunch or dinner? Scan it right there and then for immediate entry on your expense report. Neo Move’s open API positions the app as a travel hub integrating third party services such as Passbook, Yelp and Uber.

Besides providing event and location based information, KDS Neo Move provides constant access to your expenses inbox, letting users manage expenses as they occur. The app scans receipts and automatically adds local currency and country details from the user’s location. The app links to the company’s expense policy informing and alerting users of how that policy is applied in the region where they are located.
