Award recognises his leadership and experience in mobile technologies, quality assurance and technology strategy and implementation
London, UK and Oslo, Norway and New York, NY: 3 February, 2016: SURVEY Magazine named Miguel Ramos, mobile practice lead at Confirmit, one of the ‘20 Researchers You Need To Know 2015.’ The award, which highlighted the 20 most outstanding researchers of the year, recognised Miguel for his leadership and experience as Confirmit’s mobile practice lead in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
Ramos’ experience includes mobile technologies, quality assurance and technology strategy and implementation. He develops mobile solutions for both Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Market Research at Confirmit. He works with organisations to design, implement and deploy mobile feedback and research strategies to maximise response rates and generate ROI across a range of industries.
