CaptainForm Expands Functionality With Three New Integrations: ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor and Smartsheet
123ContactForm has today announced that its WP form plugin - CaptainForm has three new integrations available: ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor and Smartsheet.
Like all of the other 3rd parties that CaptainForm integrates with, the three new apps can be connected easily, directly from the plugin, without any add-ons. This saves a lot of time and greatly streamlines the process.
CaptainForm’s integration with ActiveCampaign allows users to automatically send new email addresses to their mailing lists with each form submission and gives them more control over customer segmentation. Additional information, such as the contact’s first and last name, phone number, organization and descriptive tags, can also be passed along. Contacts can be sent to any ActiveCampaign mailing list and can be updated if they already exist. The integration also provides an opt-in feature, for a maximum of flexibility.

By connecting CaptainForm with Campaign Monitor, at each form submission, a new subscriber is added to any chosen list. Besides the essential information that is passed to Campaign Monitor, users can choose to send data to custom fields, to trigger the Campaign Monitor autoresponder, to update existing contacts, to subscribe inactive users and more.
Finally, the integration between CaptainForm and Smartsheet comes in extremely handy for project management activities. All information collected through a form is sent to a unique spreadsheet, facilitating collaboration. CaptainForm gathers the data and Smartsheet helps manage it effectively. The integration is especially useful for product surveys, job applications, event registrations and order management.
