Australian Practice Sparke Helmore Chooses Zylpha For Visualfiles Development & Support Cover

Australian legal practice Sparke Helmore has chosen the DeveloperPlus solution from Zylpha (www.zylpha.com) to provide Development and Support cover for its existing Visualfiles case management resource. Under the terms of the agreement, Zylpha will provide a cost-effective and responsive route to covering periods of workload transition by internal developers including: staff departures, maternity leave, holidays or illness.

With over 600 employees across nine offices, Sparke Helmore is one of Australia’s leading practices and works with the insurance, government, financial services, technology, mining, construction and property sectors. As a successful and expanding practice, effective case management is essential, so ensuring continuous and optimal usage of Visualfiles is a pre-requisite. Sparke Helmore chose Zylpha to help ensure this because of its internationally acclaimed expertise in supporting Visualfiles’ users around the world.

Zylpha, which also develops class leading court bundling and secure legal delivery systems, has built its Visualfiles consultancy services to meet an ever increasing demand for high quality outsourced technical expertise. The DeveloperPlus support services available range from technical support and capacity management through to incorporating changes in a practice’s business structure and system migration. As requirements alter over time, Zylpha is able to tailor its annual SLAs to match the specific practice needs of each customer.
