Early in 2015, wiora Ventures GmbH has transitioned its successful channel development team into a new company: channelXperts GmbH. The former business unit lead Karl-Martin Haaf took on new responsibilities as managing partner of channelXperts GmbH, while Oliver Feiler became channel development lead.
ChannelXperts specializes in developing and running successful partner programs for high-tech companies. The channelXperts portfolio includes three core areas: channel strategy and consulting, channel development and the cloud-based partner management software Channelplace.
"I am very excited about the foundation of channelXperts," says managing director Karl-Martin Haaf. "Our main asset is our existing team with decades of experience in the IT industry and an extensive international network. I am convinced that we can support many companies in their partner management by enabling them to expand successfully into new markets. "
Haaf and his team not only help their customers to develop and implement new channel strategies and sophisticated partner programs; they also put them into operation when necessary. For TONBELLER AG and Arellia for example, they took over the entire sales channel development: finding distribution partners around the world, taking care of the day-to-day partner management, successfully onboarding and establishing new sales partners.
As strategic and operational expertise frequently leads to the establishment of proven and repeatable processes, channelXperts also provides the cloud-based solution Channelplace, which enables easy and efficient collaboration with the entire channel network of an enterprise through a single, central platform. Channelplace completes the portfolio of the new company and is already successfully used by leading software companies such as Beta Systems Software AG, LANDESK and inContact for worldwide channel management as well as by Citizen Systems Europe, a provider of professional printers, to manage its channel in EMEA.
ChannelXperts was established as independent business unit of wiora Ventures GmbH in 2013. "With the foundation of the channelXperts GmbH, we completed the carefully planned conversion of our company," says Volker Wiora, founder and managing director of wiora Ventures GmbH. "With wiora and channelXperts we have two independent companies now, which will allow us to grow the respective business segments in a very focussed way." With the channel development business now expertly operated by channelXperts GmbH, wiora Ventures GmbH will turn all its attention to the development of cloud solutions platforms and investments in cloud businesses.
