Dimension Data Europe is one of the select companies to achieve the exclusive Top Employers Europe 2015 certification being certified in seven countries in Europe; Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The Top Employers Institute’s annual international research recognises leading employers around the world that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent across all levels of the organisation, and strive to optimise employment practices. Dimension Data Europe achieved the exclusive Top Employers Europe 2015 certification, thanks to its dedication and commitment to the development of its people which today number 4,500 employees.
Crucial to the Top Employers process is that participating companies must meet the required high standard in the research to achieve certification. Only organisations that achieve certification in at least five countries within the region are honoured with Top Employers Europe 2015 recognition. The independent research verified Dimension Data’s outstanding employee conditions in all certified countries.
