MetaPack announces stellar agenda for Delivery Conference 2015
« Posted: January 09, 2015, 02:54:29 PM »

The MetaPack Group, the leading provider of eCommerce technology for delivery services, today confirmed the agenda for the sixth annual Delivery Conference, taking place on 3rd February 2015 at the Westminster Park Plaza in London. View the full agenda here: http://www.thedeliveryconference.com/?page_id=920.

The event will showcase how retailers can use delivery to generate repeat purchase and customer loyalty through industry collaboration and investment in providing a better customer experience. Delivering choice in a customer centric world will be the key theme of the 2015 Delivery Conference, with a particular focus on the impact of delivery on key customer loyalty metrics and on the latest developments and trends in delivery services from a pan-European point of view.

Aiming to showcase retail innovation across Europe, the event will begin with a morning plenary featuring Patrick Wall, CEO and founder of MetaPack. This will be followed by a talk from John Roberts, founder of AO.com and a Q&A with Andre Calisti, Transformation Director and co-CEO of Pixmania, a European world leader in eCommerce for electronics.

The conference will then split into two streams: Online Strategy and Delivery Innovation. Online Strategy focuses on exploring strategies for keeping pace with consumer demand, with speakers such as Luke Massery, Vice President of Groupon Goods EMEA, Dino Rocos, Operations Director of John Lewis, and Ian Carrington, Managing Director of Performance Solutions and Innovations at Google. Meanwhile, the Delivery Innovation stream will feature the latest innovations and developments from the carrier and postal industries with Nick Landon, Managing Director of Royal Mail Parcels, Carole Woodhead, CEO of Hermes, and Dwain McDonald, CEO of DPD, among others.

The two streams will join together for the afternoon plenary session, which begins with a talk from Jon Wolske, Culture Evangelist at Zappo. A panel session follows, featuring Sir Charles Dunstone, Chairman and co-Founder of Dixons Carphone, and Sir Stuart Rose, chairman of Ocado.

Registration is still open and remains free for retailers. Please visit www.thedeliveryconference.com to see a full list of confirmed speakers and exhibitors.
