Guildford, UK: 8 December 2014 – SpatialBuzz has been honoured for a second time at the Telecoms.com Awards as the winner of the CEM (Customer Experience Management) accolade, for the deployment of its innovative Live Check solution with Telefónica Germany. The Award recognises SpatialBuzz’s exceptional achievements in customer relationship management, and reinforces its position as one of the world’s fastest growing customer experience analytics and service monitoring specialists.
SpatialBuzz, a cloud-based CEM platform that empowers customers by providing visibility of real-time network capabilities, fought off fierce competition from some of the world’s biggest operators, vendors and service providers. SpatialBuzz enables customers to self serve for network issues and provides measured and perception-based feedback for operators. The platform derives critical operational insights by continuously monitoring activity across network touch-points, and also supplies internal departments with the CEM analytics systems required to rapidly resolve network issues.
Since deploying SpatialBuzz, Telefónica Germany has enhanced its customer service operations by reducing customer calls and massively improving its call resolution times.
