Conviva, the leader in real-time big data, viewer-centric video optimization, today announced its collaboration with SKO, the television audience measurement service in the Netherlands.
Conviva's Intelligent Control Platform received official SKO certification and will be used to arm Dutch broadcasters, advertisers and content delivery network providers with the most comprehensive, real-time quality and audience metrics available for SKO's Internet audience census data. The Conviva Control Platform processes billions of streams every month across billions of devices worldwide to gather global performance intelligence. This data collection at massive scale allows Conviva to visualize what is taking place across the wider Internet.
To qualify for certification, technical specification checkups and live tests are performed to examine comparability between census data sources, guarantee the quality of the data and determine whether the measuring systems meet demands.
