Certification by ServiceNow signifies that Concorde’s Core Control has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance. The certification also ensures best practices are utilised in the design and implementation of Core Control’s integration with ServiceNow.
Core Control is a cloud-based platform, designed to collate and present critical software Business Intelligence gathered from within an enterprise, providing advanced data analytics across disparate hybrid IT estates. In addition to an accurate audit of a client’s software, Concorde Solutions also identifies ways to reduce costs, mitigate risk and transform business processes. ServiceNow customers looking to implement Concorde’s Core Control can now benefit from the integration of existing data to ensure both maximum coverage of their estate, as well as seamless consumption of data between the systems without disrupting their current infrastructure.
End users will benefit from the automatic import of information from the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database into Core Control and enhanced alignment between inventory data and Software Value Management through one user interface. This delivers ServiceNow business and configuration information straight to Core Control.
