Claire Sporton
Pat Molloy, Chief Strategy Officer at Confirmit, is delighted that Sporton has joined the global Product Strategy Group: “We are thrilled that Claire has chosen to join us at this very exciting time for Confirmit. We are dedicated to enhancing and supporting our corporate clients, not only by providing them with a robust technology platform, but also by advising and supporting them in their customer programmes. We strongly believe that Claire and her team will be instrumental in enabling our clients deliver quick and tangible ROI to their businesses.”
Sporton commented on her appointment: “We are a match made in heaven! Confirmit is dedicated to producing technology that creates actionable insight to drive business success for its customers and I am passionate about improving customer experience within businesses. Together, I think we can make a real difference. Having developed global feedback programmes for Aon Limited, I went on to work with a wide range of corporate clients whilst consulting with a customer experience software provider and gained valuable insight into a variety of customer experience programmes. I have learnt that you can have the best programmes in the world but if you don’t have the technology in place to underpin those programmes, they will inevitably fail. I am excited to be working with such a successful company as Confirmit.”
Sporton’s previous experience includes developing and implementing customer feedback and client management programmes, CRM strategies and systems and client retention programmes. She has worked in the corporate world at Aon Limited and Bain Hogg Limited and in the technology and services sector at Satmetrix. Based at Confirmit’s London office, Sporton’s new role will be global and her key priority will be to recruit and work with key partners who will be able to complement and add value to the Confirmit product portfolio.
Over the past six months, Confirmit has delivered 21 million completed surveys on its On-Demand platform, a 35% increase on the first half of 2010 (and 83% over 2009). In the same period, Confirmit continued its 100% overall uptime, powering a total of 170 million completed surveys in 2010.
