Interxion Joins the Cloud Industry Forum

LONDON, 22 June 2011 INTERXION HOLDING NV (NYSE: INXN), a leading European provider of carrier-neutral colocation data centre services, today announced that it has joined the Cloud Industry Forum (CIF), the body established to promote trust, security and transparency within the cloud sector. The partnership illustrates Interxion’s dedication to the cloud and support in achieving a common standard of best practice within the IT industry.

Its Cloud Hubs provide the optimum environment for cost-effective development, launch and management of successful cloud-based services for both enterprises and service providers.

Recent research conducted by Vanson Bourne on behalf of the Cloud Industry Forum found that 48% of UK companies have adopted some form of Cloud based services and 85% of the respondents stated they expect their adoption of cloud based services to increase over the next 12 months.
