The SCA CRM project includes Retail Execution using Laptop, Tablet & Handheld devices, combined with an integrated Trade Promotion Management solution, which will be deployed across the SCA European operations. The CAS solution will drive standardised Sales & Marketing processes and will facilitate deeper customer insights.
