Amazon confirms international launch for Kindle

News reported by BBC Technology explains the upcoming launch of the Amazon Kindle eBook reader to the UK and other worldwide markets.   Currently, the most advertised eBook reader available in the UK is the Sony Digital Book reader - available in select book stores. The addition of the Amazon Kindle to the market will provide UK eBook fanatics with more choice not only in terms of readers, but will provide the UK users with a wider range of publications to read.
