1) Process Associates (Content Management):
* Graduate with 0-4 years of experience in any established BPO company.
* Good English communication skills, typing skills.
* Higher learning ability and willingness to learn diverse functional areas.
* Working knowledge of Finance, HR, Back office functions.
* Better team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Ms-Office
* Experience using Internet, Instant Messengers, email support, client interaction, etc.
2) Process Associates (Insurance Claims Form Processing)
Candidates having experience processing HCFA1500,UB92, Dental Claims Form processing etc.
