1: IT Helpdesk - Technical Support Associate - VOICE BASED (0 to 18 months of experience)

2. Experienced- Will be discussed by the Hiring Manager at the time of interview

4. Must have good communication skills
5. Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
6. Must be willing to work in Shifts
