Should have minimum of 6 Months exp in Java/J2EE
Should have exposure to EJB, JSP, JDBC, Any application server,
Exposure to clustering, Performance tuning, JMS, JTS would be added advantage.
Look for candidates with a combination of at least, 3 of the above skills.
Communication should be excellent for this candidate (kindly do not compromise here)
Should be ready to work in Night shifts
This is not a development project but it is high end technical solution project.
