You should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree or a Master of Technology or Science degree with one to three years of relevant industry experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Educational background in electronics or Computer Science
- Working knowledge in software engineering development process and project life cycle
- Familiarity with XML and JavaScript*
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-site teams
- Good documentation skills in order to create document, track and plan sustaining engineering work
- Excellent team spirit
- Ability to work well with others in cross-site organizations
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in software development under Windows* and Linux* operating systems
- Experience in object oriented development, C, C++ and/or Java*
- Knowledge of platform management software and standards such as Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) and Common Information Model (CIM) would be an added advantage
