We are starting an Internal Training Program (ITP) for the Freshers shortly to meet our internal needs. We are planning to recruit 20-25 candidates. We will be training the recruited team on diverse set of technologoies, mainly to impart coding skills.
The recruitment process will involve
1)Registeration – The candidate will have to send his/her CV to

2) Short listing- The candidates short listed after CV review will be sent an invite to appear in a written test and interview through e-mail. 3)Screening Test – The candidate has to take up an screening test at our Bangalore office.
4)Interview and Technical evaluation- The candidate will have to appear in this round the same day.
5)Result- will be communicated through e-mail by the date communicated during interview.
The freshers once offered a job as Associate Software Engineer Trainee (ASET), will have to undergo 4 months training, followed by 2 months duration live project. During this period, the candidate will be paid a stipend of Rs.2500/- per month. After successful completion of the training, the candidate will be promoted to the designation of Associate Software Engineer (ASE) and will have to serve Baryons Software Solutions for a period of 1 year. The compensation package will be fixed, based on the performance, in the range of Rs.1.2lac to Rs.1.8lac per annum all inclusive. This package is also subject to annual revision due in March 2008.
In order to join Baryons, the freshers will have sign a service agreement and have to deposit a security amount of Rs.50000/- through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of Baryons Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. payable at Bangalore. This security deposit will be refundable after 18 months i.e. 6 months training and 1 year of service with BSS along with 5% simple interest accumulated there on.
This is to clarify our position, that we are not a training shop, and our training program is not a revenue source, in fact it is a major cost center. We expect that the prospects understand that being a startup we will be investing huge effort and resource in training. So to ensure our contract remains intact during your stay with us, we have to insist on the security deposit.
We can consider specific cases to waive off this requirement to accommodate the needy and deserving candidates.
