Essential Traits
Sound analytical and design skills
Excellent coding and debugging skills
Must have a good understanding of RDBMS
Strong conceptual knowledge of OOP and Java
Ability to translate requirements into functional/technical specifications
Ability to work in teams as well as independently and willingness to work long hours
Self learner with quick learning skills
Good written/ oral communication skills (English) are a must.
