In this position, you will be providing technical support to Intel customers in the mobile PC segment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working with internal product groups to define technical specifications and guidelines
- Generating and maintaining customer technical collateral (datasheets, application notes and others)
- Developing and presenting technical training material
- Responding to customer questions, customer issue debug and resolution
You should possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with two to three years of experience or a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering with one to two years of experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Solid technical knowledge and skills
- PC hardware knowledge and experience or equivalent
- Customer experience
- Hardware design experience and interested in applications engineering and/or technical marketing opportunities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across geographies within Intel and with customers
- Ability to travel
