Desired Candidate Profile
Tasks to be performed & areas of responsibility
Work closely with the IO team in US in IO library development
Contribute towards providing solutions for reliability issues
Provide good technical leadership in problem solving and planning
Propose innovative design solutions and design methodologies
Help in Building a team and developing processes
Participate in bidding for projects/new activities
Education requirements/Preference: Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Required Experience:
Must have
2-7 years experience in Analog and IO circuit and layout design
Experience in IO library development flow characterization, EDA views generation
Should have handled atleast two IO libraries completely
Experience in testing/characterizing silicon
Familiarity with failure mechanisms, reliability issues and solutions - ESD, Latch-up guidelines, testing and debugging
Experience in Signal Integrity simulations, SSN simulations, eye diagrams etc
Familiarity with timing budget, different components of the budget and their measurement for some signaling standards
Good documentation, communication and presentation skills
Experience in mentoring and leading small team and manage project deliverables
Possess good negotiation skills
