Designation HR Consultant
Job Description - Sourcing & Screening candidates based on job profile described by client.
- Conducting face to face interviews with candidates as needed.
- Relationship Management with candidates & clients.
- Do follow ups with candidates & clients.
- Create MIS reports
Desired Profile - Candidates MUST have english communication skills, persuasion & interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be smart & analytical with excellent organizational & prioritization skills.
- Must be Graduates, MBA preferred
- Candidates should be based in Mathura.
- Must be well versed with MS office packages-e-mail, internet, Microsoft excel, MS Word.
