Skill & Job Requirements:
1) Excellent communication skills
2) high on internal customer interaction
3) Should have handled generalist HR responsibilities like compensation review, performance management, employee relations
4) Preferably from a BPO/KPO environment
5) Post-graduate qualifications in HR/Psychology a plus

Experience: 6-10 YEARS

2)End to end ownership of the internal job posting process - designing, administering selection process & compensation fitment

5)Policy and process implementation

7)Employee Satisfaction Initiatives & OD interventions
