Consolidate financial data for inventory management and costing.
Analyze the efficiency and performance of the remote sites and recommend actions.
Drive continuous improvement. Develop and enhance loading and monitoring tools of remote sites and cordinate with team members to optmize organization performances.
Execute the plans by driving the remote factories, follow up, and report results.
Receive raw transaction reports from subcontractors based in Asia-Pacific. Understand the transactions, validate it, and update into automated (Oracle 11i) system
Respond to requests for check-through of lot movement.
MIS reporting to the Management.
Keep clean, dates, archives of all raw data and entered transactions.
Troubleshoot system issues.
Experience:
0-3 years experience in planning and/or other operations functions.
Background in planning, scheduling, capacity planning and supply chain or other operation management skills.
Experience in ERP(Oracle 11i or others) and IT systems a plus.
Excel , Access and/or Crystal reports writing skills a plus.
Self motivated, assertive, analytical, and communication skills.
Must function well in team environment, and must be comfortable with multi-tasking.
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering/logistics or equivalent required
Educational Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech/Graduate with relevant experience and good academic record.
