The job will involve 6 months of training period.
The Team Leader will have the following responsibilities.
� To identify project methodology and project specific training.
� To work in close coordination with project manager for understanding of project flow chart for creation of process and work flow maps for team members.
� Responsible for process wise break up of project(s) for job creation.
� Responsible for job allocation to supervisors.
� Responsible for balancing productivity and profitability.
� Responsible for preparation of weekly status reports to senior management.
� To understand and define client requirements in terms of accuracy and volumes and redefine process flow diagrams.
� To adhere to delivery schedule.
� To contribute to process improvement by proposing and implementing new ideas and initiatives.
� Responsible for mentoring and counseling of team members and escalating important concerns to project manager.
� To conduct periodic review of team members and send the reports to Human Capital Management.
� Responsible for maintaining quality standards with respect to volumes, turn around time and accuracy
Role of a Team Leader will involve general shift working.[8.30-5.30pm].However, some late sitting can be expected on certain days.
