Associate will be required to work on Mobile phone service provisioning error correction in 24/7 work environment.
Job Profile: 70 % Back-end (Technical) + 30 % Voice (Sometime has to interact with US Telecom's customer)
Skill required:
Good Communication and Analytical Skills,
Telecom Provisioning Experience will be preferred
Qualification: Graduation in technical discipline will be preferred .BCA/BSC Computer Science etc.
Timings: 24/7 - Mostly Night Shift
