Test Aptitude
Selection Process
Aptitude test on the first day.
On second day there would be HR round of interview for the students who clear the test on Day 1.
shortlisted candidates will be informed though SHREDS site later.
General There is no fees that the candidate needs to pay for the training.
There is no Bond that they need to sign.
The Company trains the candidates and identify them as future managers.
