GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The posts are temporary but likely to be continued indefinitely.
At present the place of posting is Ahmedabad but liable to be transferred to any of the Centres / Units of the Indian Space Research Organsiation / Department of Space elsewhere .
Age: Relaxation in upper age limit by 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates.
Ex- servicemen and person with Disabilites (PWD) candidates are eligible for upper age relaxation as per Government of India‘s rules.
Age will be reckoned as on the last date fixed for receipt of application.
Scale of Pay: Rs 5500 -175 -9000 / Group ‘B’ /Non –Gazetted (Total emoluments on the minimum of the Pay Scale is Rs 12,615/p.m .approx.)
Application should be submitted on plain paper with full details (to be neatly hand written or typed) in A4 size paper 210x 297 mm, as per the prescribed format (Annexure I).
Application should be accompanied by attested true copies of certificates of qualifications / mark sheets /experience /proof of date of birth, caste, PWD, Ex –servicemen, etc, and recent passport size colour photographs pasted at the space provided .
Candidates working in Government / Public Sector /Undertakings/ Autonomous Organisations should apply through proper channel. In case they anticipate any delay in-forwarding their applications, they may submit advance copies before the due date.
Candidates whose applications are revived against this advertisement will be short listed based on the defined screening guidelines and those screened-in-alone will be called for interview.
Candidates applying for the post No -1 , Technical Assistant (Electronics) (Reserved for persons with Disabilities belongs to OBC) have to submit attested copy of Disablity Certificate in the prescribed format as per Ministry of Personnel , Public Grievances & Pensions , Department of Personal & Training, New Delhi vide Office Memorandum No. 36035/3/2004-Estt (Res) dated December 29, 2005 clearly indicating the percentage of disability issued by Medical Board consisting of a least 3 members out of which one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing locomotor/ cerebral disability duly constituted by Central or a State Government Minimum degree of disability for loccomotor disability or cerebral palsy is 40% .
Outstation candidates called for interview will paid to and fro Second Class Railway fare by shortest route or bus fare, whichever is less, on production of proof of journey such as Railway Tickets or Bus Tickets, etc. Sleeper class fare will be paid subject to production of copies of Railway tickets or bus tickets etc.
Candidates should produce original testimonials /certificates as proof of the details furnished in their applications at the time of interview for verification failing which they will not be allowed to appear for interview nor the cost of the travels reimbursed/ paid.
Selected candidates will be required to join the post immediately on being found fit by the prescribed Medical Authority.
No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates who are not screened in for interview / application .
