The award honours innovative brands with an outstanding company culture and organisations that have fostered a creative, collaborative workplace environment that has helped them drive performance and growth.
Some of the reasons Confirmit was selected by TMCnet include:
- Confirmit operates with a very flat hierarchical structure and this is deliberately to enable employees to make their own decisions
- Confirmit runs an annual employee satisfaction survey which had a near 100 percent completion rate in 2015
- 25 percent of Confirmit’s employees have been with the company for over 10 years
- All of Confirmit’s executive team have been with the business for over 3 years, with many having joined over 10 years ago.
