Tuesday 12th April 2016, Sunbury-on-Thames, UK: IS Solutions Plc, a leading AIM-listed data solutions provider, has announced its intention to rename the company and rebrand. The new name, subject to shareholder approval, will be D4t4 Solutions Plc and its launch will be supported by a comprehensive rebranding programme based on a new, more vibrant, corporate identity.
The new D4t4 Solutions brand has been chosen to communicate a complete focus on data solutions. At whatever stage a clients’ data is in its lifecycle, IS Solutions can demonstrate its expertise in delivering applications that drive value from that data. D4t4 Solutions better represents the company’s ability to create, store, present and analyse data so that clients can not only focus on their core business but also place complete trust in the security, management and, when the time comes, retirement of their data.
The rebranding programme extends a repositioning exercise carried out at the start of this year that presented four clear focus areas for the company’s data solutions:
- Data Collection (www.issolutions.co.uk/data-collection/) – technology, delivered though subsidiary Celebrus Technologies, that captures data from any digital channel, enabling its use in any data-driven application. This area also includes solutions to convert paper-based forms on a large scale into digital assets for use in systems of record.
- Data Management (www.issolutions.co.uk/data-management/) – the secure storage and management of all forms of data, either in the cloud or on client premises, for presentation through multiple devices and applications.
- Data Analysis (www.issolutions.co.uk/data-analysis/) – demonstrating value through analytics capabilities that add insight to client data as well as providing software solutions for the practical use of that data in visualisation, marketing and other business applications.
- Data Solutions (www.issolutions.co.uk/data-solutions/) – the proven combining of technology and expertise to develop innovative solutions in areas like big data analytics, fraud and technology modernisation.

The company’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 21st July 2016 and the intention is that the new D4t4 Solutions name and brand will be adopted by the passing of a shareholder resolution at that event. This will trigger the formal implementation of the name and a physical rebranding of all existing company assets.
