Artesian Solutions Continues Expansion with the Appointment of New Vice President of People
London 3rd February 2016: Artesian Solutions, the market leader in customer engagement and sales acceleration software, today announced the appointment of Paul Marsden as its new Vice President of People. Demonstrating its continued expansion and recruitment of critical roles to support rapid growth.
Paul Marsden brings 15 years of experience building strong cultures and inspiring places to work. In this newly created role he will be responsible for organisation strategy and people development continuing to build on the strong team already in place and building a culture of cohesive working in order to achieve Artesian’s vision and help further accelerate its growth trajectory curve.

Paul joins Artesian from his own company Interim Business Partners Ltd, where he delivered business transformation, change leadership and coaching to accelerate the delivery of improved business results. His career spans roles at large organisations such as Pearson, Bombardier and Electronic Arts. His experience covers all aspects of people management including business strategy and leadership, HR management, organisation development, talent acquisition, performance management, brand development, coaching and counselling.
