Gears up for further international sales and expansion
London, February 1, 2016: VoxSmart, the London based voice recording technology specialists, today announced two strong new additions to its management team – appointing Greg Gerrard as Chief Operating Officer and Dr Richard Wheeldon as Chief Technology Officer.
With regulators worldwide increasingly calling for financial traders’ mobile phone activity to be recorded, stored and available for retrieval, VoxSmart is facing increased demand for its market-leading, award-winning VSmart™ service from customers in Europe, the USA and the Asia Pacific region.
As Chief Operating Officer, Greg Gerrard brings a broad range of customer focused operational skills and experience to Voxsmart. Gerrard has held operational leadership roles at Truphone, Huawei and Nortel Networks, delivering high-touch customer services, fulfillment, logistics and device support across a wide range of products and B2B services.
As Chief Technology Officer, Dr Richard Wheeldon is charged with developing and enhancing VoxSmart’s global cloud-based technology. Wheeldon brings a strong background in data security having previously led Cisco’s Cloud Web Security division designing and providing secure Internet services to Governments and other public sector bodies.
