AdaptiveMobile enables significant new revenues for MTN Group through Grey Route Controls solution
Company expands African operations to work with 22 mobile operators across 18 countries
DUBLIN AND DALLAS, 12 November, 2015 – AdaptiveMobile, the world leader in mobile network security, has today announced its significant growth in Africa throughout 2015.
The Company currently works with 22 mobile operators across 18 countries, having increased its presence in the region by 16 countries in 2015, and is seeing a strong demand for its Grey Route Controls solution.
The growth has been driven by AdaptiveMobile’s continued leading-edge work in identifying, mitigating and protecting against the latest in mobile security threats and shielding operators worldwide from financial exploitation. The Company first launched its Grey Route Controls Service earlier this year – providing mobile operators with state of the art protection to secure their networks and protect and grow new revenue streams.

Operators in the region are using the solution to identify and shut down grey route traffic and recapture millions of dollars in revenue each month. Tangible benefits they are seeing include a significant decrease in the volume of customer complaints and billable time handling concerns. In addition the insight gained through the software is enabling MNOs to identify new revenue streams in vertical markets as well as gain market share over competitors.
