HUBER+SUHNER showcases solutions for fast, flexible, future-proofed data centers at Data Centre World, Frankfurt
This month’s Data Centre World in Frankfurt will host the stage for leading international manufacturer of components and systems for electrical and optical connectivity, HUBER+SUHNER, as it showcases fiber and copper solutions for modern data centres, including innovative fiber management, connectivity and transport solutions.
With its headquarters in Switzerland and German offices in Taufkirchen with HUBER+SUHNER GmbH and in Mainz with HUBER+SUHNER Cube Optics AG, the company will demonstrate its fiber management capabilities as well as its fiber optic and copper portfolios, under the banner of “Fast, flexible, future-proof.” In addition Cubo (Cube Optics) will show its range of transport solutions for superfast connectivity between data centres.
Frankfurt has established itself as the major data center hub in Germany and represents some 70% of current third party data storage demand. “To maintain Frankfurt’s lead as a key technology hub in Germany, there will be a continuing strong growth in demand for data storage and transmission across the networks. This will lead to an ever greater need for faster connectivity and structured cabling,” said Harald Becker, Market Segment Manager Data Center at HUBER+SUHNER. “This is also true for data center operators world-wide.”

Harald Becker will be discussing the latest advances in fiber optic cabling in data centers in his presentation on Tuesday 10th November at 14:00hrs.
In addition Susmita Adhikari, Product Placement Manager at HUBER+SUHNER Cube Optics, will be talking about the challenges and solutions for Passive 100G Data Center Interconnection on Wednesday 11th November at 11:00hrs.
