Cornerstone OnDemand to Showcase New Predictive Analytics Solution at HR Tech World
LONDON – 26 October 2015 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, will showcase its new predictive analytics solution, Cornerstone Insights, at HR Tech World, the company announced today. HR Tech World is being held 27-28 October at Le Palais des Congrès in Paris.
Cornerstone Insights uses the company’s refined machine learning system to pull meaningful business insights from Cornerstone’s vast network of talent data from more than 20 million users and 2,300 clients. Cornerstone (booth no. 112) will conduct demos of its new dashboards, including Compliance Control, Compliance Guide and Predictive Succession, which are designed to address critical issues facing organisations.

In the main stage session “Learning & Talent Management Transformation: From Plan to Reality,” Belliveau will join Édith Lemieux, Head of Air Liquide University & HR Transformation Projects, to explore how Air Liquide drove a culture of learning and talent management across the company, increased engagement, streamlined compliance, reduced learning and development costs through a blended learning strategy. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, 28 October, at 9:45 in the Grand Amphitheatre.
Cornerstone’s Vice President of Platform and Strategy, Jason Corsello, also will participate in the conference’s disruptHR Zone. This includes the session, “Disruptive Innovation,” scheduled for Tuesday, 27 October at 10:40, as well as the “Start Up Panel,” to be held at 14:00 that same afternoon.
